DEL Ozone Check Valve Assembly with Tubing 9-0770-01 Eclipse

DEL Ozone Check Valve Assembly with Tubing 9-0770-01 Eclipse

The check valve is the small part standing between your ozonator and a flooded generator. This DEL Ozone assembly (9-0770-01) includes the ozone-resistant green tubing, the check valve, and hose clamps: the valve lets ozone gas flow toward the injector but stops pool water from backing up the line into the Eclipse generator when the pump shuts off. If your tubing is brittle, discolored, or the valve is stuck, this is the complete refresh kit.

🚩 PRO TIP: Replace the check valve any time the ozone tubing comes off — a valve that has swallowed pool water once is already compromised, and water in the generator is a far more expensive repair than this kit.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

• What does the check valve protect? The ozone generator. When the pump stops, water can siphon back up the ozone line; the valve slams that path shut so water never reaches the generator's internals.
• Which end goes to the generator? The tubing is tagged at the check valve: "Connect to outlet of ozone generator" — follow the tag and the flow arrow when you install it.
• Is this the complete kit? Yes — tubing, check valve, and clamps, as shown in the photo. Nothing else is needed for a standard Eclipse hookup.
