Deck trim for rails that are already set: this CMP escutcheon clips around a standard 1.9 in ladder or handrail in place — no pulling the rail, no re-setting anchors. The two clips on the underside (shown in the photos) snap it shut over the rail and it sits flat on the deck, covering the anchor socket. Chrome-finished Cycolac will not rust around pool water.
