CMP Gunite Wall Return Fitting 1.5 in FIP Gray 25523-101-000

CMP Gunite Wall Return Fitting 1.5 in FIP Gray 25523-101-000

The standard gunite return wall fitting, in gray. This CMP fitting bodies into the gunite pool wall during construction or renovation: the rear takes the return line and the 1.5 in female-threaded face accepts any standard eyeball or directional return inlet, so the visible trim can be changed without touching the wall. The molded CMP part number is on the lock nut, as shown in the rear-view photo.

🚩 PRO TIP: Pressure-test the return line before the gunite and plaster go on — this fitting becomes permanent once the shell cures. After plaster, thread in the eyeball of your choice and aim returns to push surface water toward the skimmer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

• Is the eyeball included? No — this is the wall fitting body. Any standard 1.5 in threaded eyeball or directional inlet threads into its face.
• What pools is it for? Gunite and concrete pools — it is set into the wall during construction or a re-plaster renovation, unlike fiberglass/vinyl fittings that clamp through a panel with a nut and gasket.
• Why gray? To blend with gray and mid-tone plaster finishes; the same fitting family is made in white and other colors for lighter finishes.
