The APC DE Full Grid APCFGR2 is a premium replacement D.E. (Diatomaceous Earth) filter grid engineered to restore peak filtration performance in your pool. Standing 18" tall and covering 36 square feet of filtration area, this single full grid captures microscopic particles, dirt, and debris down to 2–5 microns — delivering crystal-clear water all season long. Built with heavy-duty, chemically resistant materials and sonically welded stitching, the APCFGR2 is a direct drop-in replacement for Hayward, Pentair, Waterway, Jacuzzi, Sta-Rite, and other popular 36 sq ft D.E. filter systems.

🚩 PRO TIP

When replacing individual D.E. grids, always inspect the manifold and standpipe for cracks before installation. After replacing, backwash the filter first to seat the new grid, then re-charge with fresh D.E. powder at the rate of 1 lb per 10 sq ft of filter area (approximately 3.6 lbs for a 36 sq ft filter). For a complete 36 sq ft overhaul, pair with the APCFS2003 Complete Set (7 full grids + 1 partial grid).
